In today’s world this kind of leadership is a mystery. Most try to dominate the subordinates and take their name up but not to really understand and help the subordinates so that the win-win is achieved. They more like a dictator but shamelessly call themselves a servant leader. But whoever aren’t not in this category i commend them. ❤

What is the one easiest way to destroy that image? I used to respect one of my bosses very much until the pressure of the job got him and he momentarily showed the weakness of the character and snapped at me. I gotta say, I never recovered the same amount or respect and I actually left the job shortly after. I wasn’t emotionally hurt or anything and I still respect the guy but I realized that if, as a boss, you’re working hard at building up and tuning a specific persona the more out of character it is the easier it is to destroy it.
