What Happened To Notch?

Can't help but feel slightly bad for Notch, although some comments crossed a pretty apparent line. However, he looks slightly happier these days, he hasn't posted a political statement in a while. Notch was a big figure back during the earlier days of minecraft with the Temple of Notch and such. As cliche as it sounds I hope he does well and maybe even creates some new games.

He made a simple game with his friends, it blew up and was happy, then decided to retire as a programmer and lead the game in the backseat, from there he got harassed for things that weren’t his fault, was offered an unholy amount of money to sell his baby, then gets ostracized from the company he built with his friends because of twitter. This story is truly sad. People on Twitter are cruel for telling him to stop complaining when he is mega rich. Life is only worth living when you have loved ones, a family, and a passion to keep you busy. You can have all the money in the world and still be unhappy. It's not hard to understand.

Honestly, not allowing Notch to be on the 10th aniversary thing was unfair. Just because of his political beliefs (some of which i agree with, some i dont) is extremely biased. Notch should be able to express his opinions, he shouldn't be ostricised due to his political views.
