"The fact that you even had a bad day, also means you have good days"
Damn I really needed this today after barely being able to bench 1 plate because I feel like shit.

God this video could not have come at a more perfect time. I just had a bad gym day and I've been struggling with motivation, luckily routine helps. Thanks Justinos

Just as 50 cent said “joy wouldn’t feel so good if it wasn’t for pain” I agree with Justin

"as long as you're training uninjured, there's no such thing as a bad seesion." I've had bicep tendonitis for over a year now, truer words have never been spoken.

Some exercise is better than none. Every bit counts, so I fully agree. A bad session is still a session.

I learned this real fast. I remember my first session where I not only didn't make progress, I regressed in a couple reps in my bench. It felt like all the momentum I got from my newbie gains gave me false confidence. Later, I realised this just happens sometimes. You're not always going to progress, because someday you're simply not as strong due to factors you may or may not be aware of. The important thing is to use it as fuel to try harder next time. It's all you can do, accept it and learn from it

I don’t think I ever had a “bad” workout day. Like half the time I don’t even wanna go but after I always feel better like no matter what it’s crazy

Sometimes it's just your own mind trying to perceive a without session as "bad". I can attest to this because my mind sometimes wants to try and project negativity while working out, when in reality most of my sessions are fine. Of course, I ignore it and tough it out but sometimes I just get stuck in my head and it's annoying. I enjoy working out despite my mind trying to control me so I just need to be continuously consistent

I notice when I don’t wanna work out and just go anyway, I usually have an amazing workout once I get into the groove.

Everyone has bad days. The most important thing is to keep showing up. If you quit everytime you experience some adversity you'll never get anywhere in life!

I don't usually comment but that's so true man. Pride yourself in having no injury, health is number one so the longer we go the more results, and we can't train if we're injured so relax

Awesome content Justine. I wouldnt say 'fuck your feelings' because you should acknowledge them long term. The thought that your feelings and actions are separate is perfect!

Big facts, twas me yesterday but I still pushed through . Ifanyone needing to hear this “consistency is key” I’m no where close to where I wanna be, but I’m also far from where I started keep it up gents we’ll keep getting stronger together 💪🏾

The first time I ever went to the gym was not great it was demoralizing as fuck because I'm both pretty thin and not strong and I almost didn't go back. But I went the next day and worked out on some other things I've been at it consistently for 6 months now and I'm glad Ive stuck it out

On a bad day it matters more how much we push ourselves than how much we lift.
