So if knight is like his guards and he seems to be more zombie like, he might not be able to die by natural means and even if he was if him and oni were both human I think knight is probably just as skilled as oni but better equipped, plus knight has his guards which are unkillable ghosts.

The knight wins since he has the power of friendship and The Oni is just one angry samurai human in the 1800s while The knight is somewhere at 1400s, The Oni is only called Oni because at lore he was called oni-yamaoka by a little girl that witness his slaughter. And a noble lord entitled him as oni-yamaoka and be hunted, his mori came from what he did to the noble lord which is pretty good
