Not sure if it will help with the stutters but you typically don't need to leave 'rolling cache' enabled if you have a fast-enough internet connection. It'll save your drive in the long run by not writing data to it constantly. It's only useful for flying the same routes over and over.

I have a PC with an AMD 5 5600G proc. with an nvidia gtx 1050 ti and DDR 4 2660. And very importantly, a fast SSD HD M2 drive. An average PS of 450 euros. yet I fly high mode 20 fps and no stutter. Like you, I have tried everything and there is much more possible. Forget it, or you won't be satisfied with one thing or the other. In addition, all computers and video cards are different. My computer with a GTX 1660 or an AMD 6600 is enough to fly ultra at 40 fps. Even with a UHD 1440 screen.

If even with a good pc this game lagging I'm scared of what the 2024 version is going to look like, my pc is about to be louder than a Boeing 737-800 Turbine.
Oh yeah btw I allowed 50 Gb to the cache hope this going to be enough (got a whole drive if i need tho)
