try the following one by one:

1. check if the folder you are installing in has sufficient space, increase the virtual memory of your pc if the need be (for large games set it to 4gb atleast)
2. follow point 1 then turn windows defender off, or if you have any antivirus then turn it off. clear your temp folder. win+r then %TEMP% and delete everything inside. Now run the setup.exe as administrator.
3. If the setup complaints about missing unarc.dll or ISDone.dll do this:
2.1 Copy the unarc.dll (download from internet) and ISDone.dll (download from internet) to System32 folder (C:\Windows\System32) if your OS is 32bit, else copy the 2 files to C:\Windows\SysWOW64
2.2 open cmd and type the following:
2.2.1 FOR 32 Bits USERS - Type regsvr32 ISDone.dll (enter) Then Type regsvr32 Unarc.dll(enter)
2.2.2 For 64 Bit USERS- regsvr32 (enter) then type- regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\unarc.dll (enter)
2.3 if the game has partially installed, delete the installed files (if present). clear your temp folder. win+r then %TEMP% and delete everything inside
2.4 restart the system
2.5 follow step 2
4. If the above 3 fails, then restart the system in safe mode. win+r msconfig, 2nd tab check the safe mode and apply then OK. This will restart the system in safe mode. now try step number 3.
5. If you have downloaded this via torrent then recheck the downloaded file. in torrentz, click on the torrent and stop it. then disconnect from internet. now right click the torrent and select force-recheck. below you should be able to see the list of files in that torrent, if any file is not completely downloaded your installation might not succeed, if after recheck it says something like 99.x% downloaded then connect back to the internet and start the torrent. once it is finished try step number 2
6. if you have received any files with their SHA1 codes then match them after download.
7. If all these steps have failed for you, most likely your setup file(s) are corrupt.

If these methods don't work for you, try this: Open CMD in administrator, write: sfc/scannow after finished, type: DISM/Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

fixed, If your operating system has a 64 Bit architecture, copy the "Isdone.dll" file and paste it also into the "C:\Windows\sysWOW64" folder.

Alright, I'm on the verge of giving up. Got the GTA 5 Fitgirl repack which was about 33gb. It worked on my friend's computer which had Windows 7. Mine is however Windows 10. I tried installing it the first time, it came to around 93% without any problem but then the following error appeared, "There was an error of unpacking in the module ISxDeltaExtract!". Searched the internet and came to find out it was an error with the IsDone.dll and so I downloaded it from one of the websites, added it to the Sys32 folder as well as in the SysWOW64 folder since mine was a 64bit OS. Tried installing again, the issue continued. Then downloaded the Dll-files fixer and let the program do the work and it said the IsDone.dll was fixed. Then tried installing the game again, didn't work. Then finally did the unregistering and registering of the dll in cmd. Again the issue persisted. Someone said copying the IsDone.dll and adding it to the folder where the GTA 5 is to be installed can fix the problem and I did it too, no improvement. And someone said rename the folder where the game installation file is and this too didn't work. Lastly someone said install the game in a separate drive, this I couldn't do, as mine is not partitioned into multiple drives, just one C: Drive with a 256 GB SSD size. So what else can I do to make this game work? P.S: When registering IsDone.dll on cmd, I get a message saying "The module "IsDone.dll" may not be compatible with the version of windows you are running. Check if the module is compatible with an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of regsvr32.exe"

for those who have tried everything, you try turning on DEP (data execution prevention). I have been burning midnight oil to fix this error and finally this one did the trick for Sniper Elite 4 (fitgirl). and it should work with all games that have this problem.

Just google (or youtube) how to turn on DEP. I did "AlwaysOn" & "OptOut", restart my pc, right click on "my computer" > properties> advanced system settings > Advanced tab > performance setting > Data Execution Prevention (DEP) > click on second balloon and select add, navigate to game installer.exe and add. Click OK to all windows and try installing again.

With the command: It doesn't work because you made .dll after ISDone. it doesn't find it with .dll at the end, only ISDone does work!

Attention! I finally found the problem if every one get error ISdone.dll and Unarc.dll (if use windows 10)
Just follow the steps:
1. Turn off all of your Antivirus
2. Turn on DEA select setup.exe)
3. Important run installers in compatibility mode set to Windows 7 (setup.exe)

Done.

I hope windows fix this problem so that users are comfortable and do not hesitate to find the way.
