Thanks. This is what worked for me to fix the ISDone.dll, unarc error during installation

1-Make sure the game files are in the same drive you are installing to. Disable read-only in the folder you're installing to
2-Download ISDone.dll from dll-files and copy it to windows>system & windows>system32
3-Go to Advanced windows settings>advanced and set performance options to 'Adjust for best performance'. Set the virtual memory in the drive you're installing to min-4000 max-4000 may need to restart pc. If so, restart and when windows loads check that the virtual memory has been changed to 4000
4-Disable Windows Security real time protection
5-right-click on the game 'setup' file then properties, disable read-only and set compatibility to Windows 7 and enable 'run as administrator'
6-launch setup and click on ' limit installer to 2.5 GB of RAM usage

One or more of these steps fixes the problem. Thanks to people in multiple videos I watched.

My suggestion is always force recheck the torrent If your downloading games via torrents , this problem is also caused when files are broken or not downloaded properly so recheck the game download the broken files and also delete %temp% folders this how I fixed it

If you downloaded via torrent the fix is simple: 1 delete from torrent client. 2 open again and force check content it will show 99.9%, thats why unarc.dll cannot install the game
