1:28 just put the coffee table on top of a table, desk, small cupboard. The coffee table needs to have stable legs and be smaller than the item putting it on top of. I use this setup for WFH.

What a joke! Oh boo hoo you are sitting for too long. You can get up any time you want and stretch it out. No one is talking about the poor minimum wage workers who only wish they could sit for just a moment during long hours of standing. The cashiers, shelf stockers and security personnel, janitors, food servers…..etc. These people go home with aching feet from the pressure of standing for several hours at a time before any sort of break. They can’t even jog anymore because their feet and ankles are always in pain. That pain spreads to other parts of the body too. You literally can get a blood clot from this and die. So while everyone is spending money on some fancy standing desk just remember theirs a worker out there that may die much earlier than they should because these shit corporations won’t allow them to use chairs. They let people in Europe use chairs at the same jobs. America is a joke. They want us unhealthy and miserable. Especially if you’re poor.
