Q1: organise, coordinate, plan Q2: managers delegate because they will not be able to do all the work and the employees would not have any role to play as the manager would do all the work Q3: autocratic, democratic and laisezz - faire Q4: It depends on the business, if its creative then democratic would suit it, if the business makes quick decision than autocratic would suit it. In short it depends on the organisation

Depends on the organisation and the type of task to be done. For tasks that need quick decision making, then it may be better to use Autocratic style, but for tasks that are open to criticism for improvement, then Democratic or Laizzes-faire would be better.

3 roles of management are commanding, organising and planning. However these are only the few examples.
Manangers tend to delegate as there is a lot of jobs needed to be done. Therefor, they give subordinates the authority to do particular taste.
The 3 leadership styles are democratic, autocratic and laissez-faire.
Autocratic leadership style is good when jobs change often and needs quick adaptations to employees however democratic is also a very good leadership style when new innovative ideas are needed.
