An appropriate method of motivating a class would be by encouraging interaction amongst students- hich would satisfy social needs- and encouraging them to ask questions, as well as praising them for innovative ideas and meaningful contributions to lessons- which would not only boost their esteem needs, but also clear any questions they might have and make the topic clearer for them.

Non-Financial rewards since there are many companies are paying employees high salaries but they work for long hours so by providing them free health care and free trips or children education fees they will be more motivated and more effective to the business Maslow theory will also motivate employees with physiological needs

An owner should first carry out a survey find out what motivational theory he could use on his firm. After this he could himself measure the piece and time rate of his employees in order to reduce inefficiencies because for example when using the piece rate some workers tend to be demotivated because some of the workers who make a of wastage during the production process are paid the same as those who produce goods efficiently. Also, some workers may want to feel committed to the business for example they may want supporting colleagues, recognition from seniors. some may even want fringe and monetary benefits such company car, free voucher or accommodation, children's education paid for.
