As a former builder with 12 years of owning my own company, and 25 years of construction, I can say that your numbers are very realistic. I like the way that you have done this project young man. I have bought some land near the mountains out to itself in northeast Georgia. Wife wants a nice house. I want a shop to restore my 1969 Camaro. I am close to retiring from work, 4 years maybe. You have gave me inspiration at 64 years old to pursue a shop building FIRST! I might end up living in it by myself but ol well. Thank you for posting this video.
