Damn this is almost perfect for what i want. Water front property, massive garage with the ability to fit what 4 to 6 cars including 50s to 70s landyachts and tall trucks and motorhomes, and have a huge driveway. And have a beautiful back deck/balcony.

Love this but they won't even sell you the blueprints they just want to build it for a half mil wen it would only cost 130k today. (Presently)
