Do you have a storage unit to keep all the staging furniture you buy? Do you return items? it feels like you have a lot of moving pieces. Also, do you have a car in Palm Springs and in Seattle? There is definitely a lot of coordination that goes into living away from where you work. You seem to handle it really well.

In the future, check how much the 'lost ticket' fee is, sometimes it's cheaper to just say you lost your ticket and pay that!

I am obsessed with the Palm Springs house!! We need an updated house tour now that it seems most of the decorating is done!! The green chairs with the olive tree and picture corner is so cute!!

Remember that sometimes we aren’t the right fit and that’s a blessing in disguise. You don’t want to work for a seller you don’t actually vibe well with. Could be more of a headache than it’s worth.

I'm a Real Estate Broker in Los Angeles. Real Estate has so many ups and downs. Sometimes it's a literal roller coaster. But it all adds to your experience!

Monica, the week is one snapshot of your life. You are an amazing agent, one buyer that passes on you is not a negative. You are absolutely fantastic girl. Know and appreciate who you are. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

You are so relatable and so human!! I love that you show everything, good and bad. This is the type of video I love. The sunshine of life and the rain showers we all go through

There is so much more that we do as great real estate agents but I'm so glad you showed a little bit of the behind the scenes. I know you do a lot more than this as well so I hope people don't get the impression that all we do is staging, cleaning, and pressing send on a contract, cause that's not it at all! These are certainly the more glamorous parts of our job. Loved the video, Monica!

Nextiva should really reconsider their branding, it’s giving pharmaceutical drug

Just a question out of curiosity, for staging do the items stay in the house or do you keep them to reuse? Do you pay for all of that out of pocket? Is it a tax right off? And/or do you see some type of reimbursement from the house sale?

A little weird comment but, this video gave me wonderful memories of my Mother. Her name was Terry Smith and she was a real estate agent, but unfortunately she passed away 12 years ago. I love the little random reminders I see on occasions, and I appreciate the name you chose! 😊❤

Thanks for showing us a behind-the-scenes week! It's crazy that all the difficulties happened at once, but on the plus side, all the good stuff comes right after!

This is so amazing! Cant imagine how you managed to film such a packed weekend. Thanks for taking us along - love to see behind the scenes from other fields! So much hard work

I’m a Realtor in Pittsburgh, PA & my best guess is the other agent cut her commission. Always seems to be the reason the client goes with someone else. They will most likely regret not paying the extra percentage for an agent who knows their worth! Keep up the good work!!

Love a hybrid moment! I work from home and it’s taken me so long to adjust to just working a few hours a day/on demand.

it's impossible to control buyers . if you can create urgency sales and listings will flow .to be directly involved in the staging is so much work .

I can definitely see how hard you work and how much you care! Such busy days and all over the place. Glad you have found your passion and you can still keep doing YouTube as you choose.

What do you do with all of the staging furniture? Is it more cost effective to buy furniture rather then rent it, or to use a company that stages houses for a fee (and I found at least three of those in Seattle after a quick google search) then to buy furniture straight up?
