I grew up in Palm Harbor, FL .Tarpon Springs. I graduated from Tarpon Highschool. Are you from Pinellas county or citrus county area? Tarpon springs Florida is one of the most expensive places to live due to its expensive mansions on the water and the Gulf of Mexico. The Big bend you are speaking of is called "The nature Coast" the Big bend does not start until you get up to cedar key. Here's a tip, maybe try finding an array of people that are different ages from the areas you visit... Citrus county where we live now is one of the most expensive counties when it comes to real estate. Yeah there may not be much to do here for young people but there are tons of places to go especially outdoors on the river.

So many errors in this video. But thanks, I’m sure you’ve made people change their minds. We don’t need any more people coming down.

I’ve been in Inverness for about 2 years now and I believe it has grown so incredibly much just in that small time. There are so many new chain restaurants on 44 now.

Almost everyone I know around Tampa bay go up there regularly. Especially in the summer. We tube the rainbow river at least once every summer. We go scalloping offshore from Crystal River. If you’ve never had lunch at The Freezer you’re missing out.

One thing of note...Apalachicola is best known for their Oysters !!! Apalachicola Bay is home to the best tasting oysters in the SE USA !
Unfortunately at the time this video was produced Apalachicola Bay oystering industry was still shut down due to state regulations. But Apalachicola will survive and thrive as it has for generations

Tarpon Springs is my favorite place in Florida. Just bought property and a vacation mobile home in Silver Springs Florida. Right on the border of Ocala National Forest. I love Florida. Rainbow Springs state park and Silver Springs state park are two of the most beautiful parks in Florida. Don’t miss out ppl!!! I’ll be living in Florida full time real soon. Chicago sux!!!

To be honest a 4 mile area along the cost of Pasco is sketch, however, if you travel east on highway 54 into Trinity, Odessa, Westely Chapel, Land O Lakes New Tampa New housing great communities, he's only videoing a very small strip of Pasco county,

Those of us who live in the big bend area don't want tourists coming in and changing our way of life. There is more to life than crowded tourist filled streets and overpriced restaurants .

my husband retired after 26 yrs as a police officer and i'm retired with him😁 .. we moved to citrus county because it's a retirement area for the peace and quiet .. it's close enough of a drive to the water or anywhere in florida .. city life sucks (in my opinion ).. it's been a great almost 2 yrs now .. i haven't come across one nasty person or attitude .. yet .. lol (except for one guy from NY that was snippy with a girl at wawa over waiting too long for a sandwich (he was a 🍆)🙄 there are new businesses & restaurants being built which is creating employment opportunities for a lot of the non retired residents which is nice .. just hoping it doesn't get as congested here like the other parts of FL 🙏 btw.. hope you're feeling better with your back .. i'm now three months out of my surgery and on the mend .. and pain free .. praying for your speedy recovery .. 🙏

Is anyone else wondering about the credentials behind all these judgements? The internet, maybe? Driving briefly through towns doesn’t make you an expert on living there. If someone is looking to relocate, I would do more research than watching a video. I have lived in Florida most of my life and every community has pros and cons.
This video kind of hurts my heart. This man doesn’t know the families or circumstances in any of these communities personally I don’t believe, but comes across as very judgmental. Some of his facts could be true, I don’t know, but to me, this is an extremely negative video so no thumbs up in my case

West Pasco & east pasco county are two different worlds 😳 I’m from the Wesley chapel area and trust me it’s booming and wealthy 🤦🏻‍♂️ new port richey is the opposite

What was that estates place north of Tampa that you did a video on a while back? It was real trashy with every yard fenced in.

As a south floridian, I love watching your videos. Great education of the sunshine state! Been watching for years but wanted to comment. 👍🏼

It seems like le petit nord de Quebec; Rouyn-Noranda, Senneterre a little remote and unknown. No tourism.

Your channel is awesome for getting information to people looking to move to Florida and what towns to stay away from, especially people who think they can just buy a house virtually
