San Diego mom thinks she's the victim of 'community stalking'

A San Diego mother said she was being targeted for weeks, with people she doesn’t know coming in her house when she’s not there.

Facika Tafara thinks she may be the victim of a bizarre practice called gang stalking or community stalking.

“It’s like an alternate reality, really,” Tafara said. “It’s spooky, and it’s my understanding that if this is actually what it is, it can go on for years.”

Community or gang stalking is an eerie practice that takes aim at your psyche to make you almost feel like you’re going crazy.

In Tafara’s case, she said she would notice strange things out of place in her house when she would get home from work, such as her windows being opened, dresser drawers opened, and she said she even found a camera inside the bedroom of her 11-year-old son.

“It’s so creepy, I had a bolt put on the door and I’m having my son sleep in here with me,” she said.

Tafara said she contacted police, and detectives visited her University Heights home, but there isn’t a lot that they can do.

“And they kind of said, well, it’s kind of like, if it happens again call us, but there’s not much we can do because we don’t know who it is, you don’t have a face,” Tafara said.

She told 10News that she plans to beef up security at her home and has even looked into hiring a private investigator.

One of the worst things about being a targeted individual is when you realize how many people are involved with this evil. It's not just the home invasions and gas lighting, one of the tell tale ways of knowing someone is involved with this is how a loved one or trusted friend/co-worker suddenly becomes hostile towards you for no reason.

think they have a RIGHT to gang stalk you? if you are not using
medication, don't start! The best way to get back at them is to live
your live your life ten times better that you are currently doing. Their
goal is to BREAK you and Kill you! Jealousy is their "Kryptonite!" The
reason they're stalking you in the first place is because they are
jealous of you and your life and they can't stand to see someone living
better that they are. My mother once told me that it doesn't matter if
you don't have a dime to your name, when you step out your front door
always have a smile on your face, dress nicely, and throw your shoulders
back and have an attitude like you have a million dollars in you
pockets!!! This drives them insane and soon they will STOP!!! Trust in
God and be bold!!!

My older cousin was gang stalked. It started with him getting threatening hallmark cards mailed to his home, then phone calls to him and his fiance's job accusing them of things they didn't do to get them fired, his car tires slashed, a pregnant woman even showing up to his door claiming her baby was his to his fiance and he was never involved with her, calls to his home and them hanging up, his mail being stolen. All of this went on for months. He was being psychologically tortured so he hired a private detective, and it turned out that it was members of his church that he thought were his friends. Men and women all in on it, secretly harassing him. These people were all in their 40s and 50s too. And the person who put them all up to it was a woman who he'd known since high school that he never dated but who was friends with his sister. Apparently, she didn't like the fact that my cousin had moved his girlfriend in because she had feelings for him and wanted to destroy his relationship. The pregnant woman who showed up to his house was actually her daughter who was assisting her with stalking my cousin along with members of their church. It was about 6 or 7 people involved some of which were drug abusers including the jealous woman. She got all of them to gang stalk my cousin and he was always only ever kind to them. Never did anything bad. These people had nothing better to do and decided to take someone's kindness for weakness and entertainment. Also, all of these people are from Tacoma, Washington, a place I wouldn't recommend any upstanding person to live. My cousin is from illinois and moved there in the 90s after retiring from the Army.

Sadly the FBI is involved.. look deeper and you will see lots of people have discovered that. I am in Tallahassee Florida and I’m not from here. I work and go home. They target me at Costco, Walmart, Publix, my job, restaurants, amusement parks, and home. My 12 year old is being targeted at her school and it started while she was in Elementary school. I was heavily targeted every single day in 2023. Agents are also in the comments. I will never trust anyone again. I was also being heavily gang stalked online. Only a psycho would believe this is ok.

I am a victim of gangstalking. I wasnt aware of it at first. My kids an I moved out of state. Instantly i knew something was wtong. People came out of their house with anger through their emetions. And hate I their eyes. I ignored that. I began to really notice that something was wrong. When u would see the same nieborhood people everywhere went. I looked at them with anger .
Once they knew that I was aware of what they were doing. They decided to do something else. Such as arrive at the same time i did when i got home. There wouldbe a whole kine if vehicles with there high beams on. Every time I arrived. When i would wake up they all would constanly beep there horns.

They try to use scare tactics
When wefurst moved there was shooting arondthe area alot.
When I turned on the news there was no reported incident of gun shots the prior night.

There was so much things that wasdoe to me. Constantly broke into my apartment, and car.
There is the famous staking and the following.
Im in a hotel. I stil being stalked. People right next to me.
All round me. I take the the uber everytime im waiting for my ride this fucking idiot always comes out. Stands around constanly stares. Scts as if he is getting something out of his stupid white truck.

I hate these people. They constantly come into my job
I love when they try to ask me out . Most of it i ignore
Sometimes, i play their game to see how far there tyring to go
Alot of people are apart if. All races and ages.

Take it from me, it is designed to mess with your head and discredit you. It happened to me 21 years ago and still, my mind fights to try to understand why. I was starting a film production company, I had intellectual property theft and was married at the time to a woman suffering from D.I.D. and had told me she was a 'hooker' but otherwise, I still don't know exactly why. It is a cruel cruel joke and, many people now have been exposed to this. The argument can also be made that we are experiments of mind control.
You appear like a rational woman. I believe you for sure. My only advice, make it your mission to be selective on who you allow into your world, hold your close friends and family even closer. Have a support group and above all, have a strong spiritual life, talk to God and know that God sees everything.

Community or gang stalking is not the best way to describe these crimes. They are organized and professional. There are corporations and government officials and agencies who are behind it and participate in it. "Organized Stalking" and "Government Sponsored Stalking" are better ways to describe some of the relentless and heinous crimes that are facilitated against the public today. These crimes are growing and becoming more common! Law enforcement says that there is very little that they can do but I say that is not true. In some cases, people who are targeted have witnessed law enforcement as a witting participant in the tactics.

Victims of these crimes cannot get help from law enforcement, the FBI or any other agency, however, they have turned to on-line support groups that include dynamic people who are making efforts to help "targeted individuals" and to spread awareness. Those people include Dr. John Hall, Dr. Robert Duncan, Dr. Terry Robertson and Dr. Erik Karlstrom. Also, there is a group called "People Against Covert Torture and Harassment" that can be found on-line.

It is essential to spread awareness! Educate the public! And certainly understand that there are aspects of government that are aiding and abetting these crimes. Some believe that it is the government who is funding the campaign of crimes. To keep it quiet, efforts are made to paint the victims of these crimes as delusional and / or mentally ill.

I am a targeted individual just like this lady is. I have experienced intrusions into my apartments no matter where I have lived or moved to, tainting of food and refreshments, sabotaged electronics, harassment and theft at work, vandalized car and most horrifically, I was brutally forced under anesthesia at Coastline Surgery Center in Santa Ana, CA by Dr. Thomas J. Phillips - workers comp ortho surgeon and I was maimed from my skull down to my tailbone and throughout other areas of my body. I was intentionally harmed to a point wherein I am now permanently disabled and in chronic pain. I have turned to law enforcement, the FBI, Senators, Legislators, Governor Jerry Brown, media and the National Center for Victims of Crimes.
 
Interesting to note, the first time that I contacted the National Center for Victims of Crimes (in late 2014 or early 2015), I described what I was going through and the contact there informed me that I was the victim of "group stalking". She also said that there was no one who they could refer me to as these crimes are very difficult to prove. The 2nd time I contacted the Nat. Center for Victims of Crimes (in 2016), I spoke to a different person who took a different tone with me. In so many words, she said that they consider the people who call about being victims of these crimes mentally ill. I actually took some time to educate her and then asked to speak to the person who runs the organization. I was shocked at the different approach taken to address these crimes. So, I took it upon myself to look up who was donating money to their organization and found that the federal government was a large contributor! That would make sense since some of those who are investigating these crimes and the various ways that they are facilitated believe that organized stalking is "government human experimentation". It certainly wouldn't be the first time that our government has conducted heinous experiments on citizens of this nation. But, we must also recognize that these crimes are being facilitated against people not only throughout the United State but also in other countries including Europe, Japan, China and many others. There are more victims located in the State of California than any other state. Could it be that the a global government is already intact? Some say yes.

Another thing to mention is that the tactics utilized against "targeted individuals" are often times changed and become worse over time. They likely already include wire tapping of cell and home phones, e-mail hacking, social media hacking, harassment at work, public mobbing, overt aggressive stalking in public no less! They will eventually include interference in healthcare and as in my case sabotage of your health and well being. They may eventually include harassment and torture through "advanced technology", directed energy weapons, no touch torture weapons, electronic particle beaming of mal-odorants > thought to be done via satellite, GWEN towers and drones. Maybe that is why President Obama doesn't want any drones in the air where he is.

It is apparent that government employees and agencies are also, however little or a lot, participating in these crimes, from local county & city to state and federal. In my case, I have seen employees of the State of CA participate in tactics facilitated against me including at the DIR & WCAB.

Those who are victims of these crimes are often times painted as delusional or mentally ill. These crimes are meant to destroy the victim financially, personally, professionally and emotionally. They are meant to cause the victim to commit a crime out of frustration or to commit suicide out of desperation. They are a daily occurrence for most targeted individuals. The most important thing to note is that our government is also participating in these crimes. These crimes have been going on for decades however, it was after 2001 that they picked up and grown into what it is today - an international assault on people. Organized stalking is a well thought out and well oiled machine. Shockingly, even medical providers participate in these crimes - via maiming the persons body, falsified medical reports, falsified medical studies and more.

Unfortunately, this is only the beginning for this lady and her son. This could happen to anyone. Organized stalking is a concerted effort between corporations, medical providers, law enforcement and government. If you think that you are being followed or that your home or apartment has been intruded upon, listen to your gut instinct as you are probably right and speak out immediately, join a group so that other targeted individuals can stay in touch with you and you can be counted.

The police tried to bust me for drug trafficking at my workplace when in fact I've never sold a drug in my life. Once they couldn't find anything, they implemented the stalking. They had undercovers trespassing inside of my job, waiting for me when I arrived at work/left work, have security literally following me around, charging aggressively towards me when I entered my job, informants coming to my home with cigars in their hand/asking for rides, the neighbors who I've known for over a decade without any issue all of a sudden pointing cameras in my backyard, drones flying over my house, etc. I worked at my job 2 years before this started happening without a single problem & then it just happened & has been happening for 3 years nonstop now. My phone was even tapped & how I know this is, I would purposely say or text certain things & drive to meet particular people & police/undercovers we're there waiting every single time. I don't know who's doing it to this lady but in my situation, when you piss off the police, they WILL use this tactic to try to get an arrest via the help of the FBI when you cross state lines. I got most of my encounters on video in case I pursue a civil rights lawsuit. They have probably wasted a few hundred thousand dollars on this whole thing of tax payer dollars... My family didn't even believe me until I showed them the actual videos which include over 20. The key is getting video proof.
