I am from India. One day my dog was barking as usual in the morning because it wanted to go to pee. It is actually locked in a spacious yard (compound) with a gate which close a step to our main entrance gate. I was asleep but i was aware of its barking. I suddenly heard the barking stopped. I got up actually to check out the daily newspaper near my door. I noticed that my dog was missing. I quickly woke my dad up and told him. I knew exactly how my dogs mind is and where it would go if it's let free, which i don't. It actually ran straight from my gate to the street and took a left and just in a distance it was peeing. First when i told that to my dad he told that it is just gone, that's it, its over etc. But I told him to take a look. He did walk straight the road and took a left. He walked a bit and there he found our dog peeing. I am happy that my mind worked in a friction of seconds and it worked. I hope people tie or lock there dogs properly if they do. Not every dog is trained to return back to its owner when its left out or roam free without a leash. So please do take care of your pets

Don’t think I’m joking but I just lost my dog tonight.We kept calling her name and she would normally come, but she did it. That’s how we knew that she was not in the backyard so my parents went out to go and look for her but stay they had no luck. a couple minutes later me and when me and my brother Darryn were watching YouTube and heard somebody calling my dogs name. It was our big brother Taylan. He was calling her name with his friend sincere but said they didn’t have no luck either Wheatus we almost decided to give up, but I thought I could go look for her in the middle of the night, which was not a good idea, so I just left it alone with that bad thoughts about her and started thinking memories about it we thought we thought we could put up some posters but we, don’t know if we should do that because what if nobody pays attention to them that’s what we thought so I went on YouTube and I went to this video and it gives me so much facts. our girl Luna (hungarian vizsla) ran off yesterday on her first day as a working dog. i'm terrified, these have been the scariest and worst two days of my life, and i can't even go and look for her because she ran away on an estate a 30 minute drive from our house. my stepdad and his friends are the ones who have been looking, and she was last sighted yesterday in the afternoon. the estate and the nearby village all know she's missing and have their garage doors open with food and water inside. there's a local nonprofit who use drones to locate lost dogs and i'm thinking of calling them.
i delivered her the day she was born, when her mum was having trouble pushing her out. she was the runt so i gave her special attention (her name back then was Peanut), and that's why we kept her. i'm distraught. i need her to be found and i need her to be okay.

This is the story of how I almost lost my dog this was today!
So while I was asleep my mum was letting my dog out to go to the bathroom and when I woke up I herd mum calling him multiple times! But the usually happens bc he is normally out in the back alley so my mum called a few more times then she went to check the alley she came back and couldn’t find him so something was bad when I herd that so we checked the road at the front of the house couldn’t find him there either so I broke out in tears then see traked him on the AirTag he was really close to our house so we had another look out in the back alley… then I herd barking but not just any barking it was my dog Arlo’s bark I went to tell mum she was at the back door calling again the ending is a mystery but all you need to know is that he met mum at the back door
