1 Make sure you have the latest ios installed
Go to Settings - General - Software Update

2 try tuning off Bluetooth couple of sec then back off
Swipe down from the right side - under connections tap the Bluetooth connection to turn it off - wait a couple seconds then tap it again to turn it back on

3 forget the Bluethooth accessory and pair again
go into settings - Bluetooth - locate the Bluetooth accessory - tempete small (i) next to the accessory - tap forget - go back into your Bluetooth settings locate the device and re pair

4 rest your network settings
go into settings - general - Scroll down to reset - tap reset network settings - IPhone password may be needed
