Bruce Wayne (Suite) | The Batman (OST) by Michael Giacchino

With "The Batman", Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson brought to life a new version of Bruce Wayne and explored certain sides of his character in a way that has never been done before in the big screen. This portrayal of Bruce is emotionally hurt by his trauma but also committed to his mission to save Gotham from corruption and bring hope to people.
For these traits, Michael Giacchino created a heartwarming and sort of "heroic" theme, full of melanchony, that elevates some of the most touching and inspiring scenes of the movie. Although it might be a bit of a stretch to separate this theme from the most distinct Batman theme (in fact they are quite well intertwined in the score), I wanted to dedicate this theme a full video on its own. In a score filled with intense and dark tones, this theme stands out for me as my favourite. Enjoy it!

I was surprised at how emotional the soundtrack was. I got heavy vibes from the LOTR soundtrack, actually the Breaking of the Fellowship track specifically. Both themes sound very nostalgiac, melancholic and forlorn. Yet, hopeful. I wonder if I'm the only one who thought that...

I’ve been listening to this a lot since hearing about Kevin Conroy’s passing and, while I know this wasn’t written for him, it still fits my mood. Robert Pattinson was a fine Batman. This film was the best Batman film since “The Dark Knight, ” but I’ll miss Kevin Conroy’s voice. He was a great Batman

I never imagined that the type of twilight that I criticized so much and made fun of, and a director who actually knew nothing of his previous work... would manage to do what it is in my opinion. The second best batman movie ever made. And if they continue like this, I'm not afraid or mincing words to say that this could be an exceptional trilogy, worthy of surpassing Nolan's.
