"It's a big city, I can't be everywhere. They don't know where I am.
But when that light hits the sky, it's not just a call. It's a warning. To them. Fear is a tool.
They think they can hide in the shadows.
But I am the shadows."

I love how Batman and even the Batmobile are basically horror monsters when it comes to the villains perspective. This movie has my favorite Batman opening, and my favorite Batmobile reveal. The movie has such a tone and pace that is never lost in the entire runtime. I loved it so much, and the cinematography was beautiful.

I hope they make sequel with Robert Pattinson as the Batman cuz he nailed that role. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and did not want it to end. Even though it was almost 3 hours long, I wanted more lol.

This Batman movie felt the most down to earth and realistic of the series so far.
I could feel the depression of the Gotham, and the riddler really gave the impression of being serial killer.

There was nothing more batman than that opening scene with the thugs getting scared of dark corners and everything around them as soon as the bat signal went up

2:20 We have a signal now.

...for when I’m needed.

But when that light hits the sky...

It’s not just a call.

It’s a warning.

To them...

Fear.

...is a tool.

They think I’m hiding in the shadows.

Watching...

Waiting to strike...

But I am the shadows.

The best Batman Movie I have seen. The Music, the tension, the acting, the way it flowed, the action, all the way around. And I went in not expecting much and I came out stunned. I could not take my eyes off the screen and now I can't stop listening to this.

At 36, I don't think I've ever seen a movie twice in theatres. Especially not one that's three hours long. But I look forward to seeing this again, and the soundtrack is definitely something I will be paying attention to digest. Excellent, excellent movie. I grew up watching The Animated Series and this film hit all notes. The Nolan trilogy was great, but this is the one for me. And as someone who has watched LOST multiple times, I realize how much Giacchino's score can elevate a production.

The soundtrack helped elevate this movie to unparalleled levels. It had this creeping sense of dread which left you in a permanent state of unease. A nihilistic masterpiece.

In a sense, this really was an origin story for batman, because he learned to get over the death of his parents and become something that they could truly be proud of. Not a vigilante beating thieves to a pulp, but a hero, inspiring people and giving them hope

I legit don’t know how this man made me sit in my seat for almost 3 hours and not once did I want it to end. Hope he comes back bigger and badder🥺

What I loved about this movie is how Gotham City felt so real and scary. It was so realistic and gritty, so dark. I felt depressed watching at how terrible and messed up this city is

It warms my heart that Robert Pattinson is finally getting the recognition he deserves as an actor.

More people really need to go and watch this film in theater because the haunting score really magnifies the experience.

The movie was so dark and the soundtrack really emphasized that. Great acting by all too.

I just watched this movie earlier and the emotions I felt in the cinema were unreal. This soundtrack helped in elevating those emotions and I'm now addicted to listening to these songs and to Nirvana.

To describe this film in words would require a tremendous amount of writing. I would probably need about 4000 words to express everything I felt. The visuals, the music, everything was wonderful. The only thing I can say is that "I met the Batman I wanted to see".

It all began in the late 1980s with Danny Elfman's iconic theme for Batman, and in the 1990s we were blessed with Elliot Goldenthal's brilliant score for Batman Forever. Hans Zimmer took the music for the Dark Knight to a whole new level with his score for Batman Begins in the 2000s, and offered an even darker but equally fascinating version for Batman v Superman in the 2010s. It is now the 2020s, and Mr Michael Giacchino continues the legacy of never having a bad Batman score by offering us this masterpiece. From now on, he shall be known as one of the greats!

Did anyone else feel dark and awesome after leaving the cinema at night?

JawBreaker.
