I can't imagine trying to populate Mars. If it was suitable for life it would already have life. I can imagine building a massive starship that people can live on. Once you learn the technology of space travel your not going to want to sit still. The very curiosity that has you looking at Mars will have you moving on so why not build it and call the all of the universe your home. Not just multi planetary. Hmmm????

He talks like the physics guy he is.. there are no other one planet people bc it took life on earth many billion years to even start and then get to thinking creatures like us. I think it took like a third of the age of the universe and a lot of luck. From a biology point of view its really not likely that there are even that many single cell things out there

Gotta create that neural link that syncs our energies with the universe...then we can cultivate anywhere we choose, but maybe we'll find a way to live here until the planet is taken over by interstellar force. like the sun or some asteroid blowing up the moon. Maybe we'll find a way to transfer this knowledge in a way that can withstand the natural elements and time. Haha j/k 😆
