You all have to remember that brokers compensate differently. This is how their broker gets paid. Because our pay structure is different as well and also it depends on the carriers contract

Being generously compensated for personal sales is not a "gifting", but is to be expected; and witholding a generous commission on personal sales unless you are also recruiting is disingenuous. One should have nothing to do with the other.
