Working with World System Builder or WFG can feel like putting in a thousand hours of recruiting, only to realize your earnings per hour amount to zero—unless you can convince others to do the same grind.

As a former WFG, depending on team they would likely give referrals and those referrals would speak highly of their upline. This is built into their ideology. That you always edify uplines- even if not your own. One of their sayings is “you might not like or agree with your upline, but you ALWAYS SHOW THEM RESPECT, esp publicly.” So this suggestion is null and void most likey.

In fact when I was on my way out because I was experiencing EXTREMELY SHADY business practices on top of attempts at coercive control over me, my thots and time - I asked my upline directly, “if you disagreed ethically with your upline, what would you do?” And she said l without missing a beat “follow my upline” 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Spot on and impartial. I would only add that WFG agents run their businesses their way. Some focus on recruitment, yes. Others employ a blend of hiring and personal production. It’s a personal choice. Additionally, bring new agents into the business is lucrative as it it fair.

Most of this is spot on. My only criticism is, most HNCs within WFG are very against recruiting or selling to your family and friends. Their perspective is, they have known you for a long time having nothing to do with financial advising and then all of a sudden they want you to buy insurance and trust them with your money. It actually hurts credibility. Which makes sense.

They do use family and friends for your upline to sell them products, and you watch what they do. It's a part of the training process which they will get some benefit from.

You teach the sales so you can get the override, of course you wouldn’t teach how to recruit because you just want someone to be stuck in selling stuff you can get the override. But what happens when one of your agents wants to run their own agency?? Do you still override their office?

Absolutely no one in the profession regards WFF with any respect whatsoever. Not only were they caught cheating on the licensing exam, which only needs 60% to pass, but former clients and former WFG have nothing positive to say about WFG. If someone says they’re with WFG they’re immediately dismissed by others in the profession

You run out of Friends and Family. I went to a conference 20 years ago and they were pushing life insurance with investments. Something that is very costly, inefficient and hard to sell. Could be a good company if many changes were made.

This is all fine. But what about the people who are looking more towards entering the insurance agency but in the future developing more towards Financial advisory. Will this be possible with your program for this as well?

Is it normal to let wfg have your warm market before you get licensed? They are hostile to me because i want to get licensed first
