I spent 2 years there chasing my tail because I just could not align with their system. I am so glad I was ready to listen to other opportunities when I was introduced to Experior Financial Group! As they say, timing is everything and this is the most transparent & agent & client centric MGA/IMO in my opinion! I wish every agent would just do their own due diligence and compare all the opportunities available in this amazing industry, especially the fine print on your agent agreements! There are so many people that are mis represented and sold products that are not correct for them.. we need to do better as an industry!! Client needs should always come first!!

This to me is similar to Primerica. I call it the friends and family they rely on new recruits for there customer base. which then the new recruit has to recruit someone else....to get leads with which to be paid.

Talked to Sunlife, ia and bunch of others. It's the same, they use warm market at first. Don't know about the commission tho

Part of this is correct but not all of it. You can make higher commission and move up by just producing without recruiting but you miss override income. Also where else can you start part time for so little upfront cost and build your own agency that you can one day leave to your spouse or child?

It’s 30% not 25% for all new agents. And then it goes up from there.
