This is the sixth lecture in the series and in this lecture, we have covered the last part of arrest i.e rights of arrested and the issue of proclamation.With this lecture, we completed the modes of ensuring the presence of an accused, i.e summons, warrant of arrest, arrest without warrant, proclamation and Section 88.
