Honourable Mam, thank you very much for this valuable information, I want to ask you one important thing, if in a criminal case a accused who is innocent and he have already filed the discharge application in the year 2019 in Delhi District Court, Dischange application is pending since long and it is affecting the mental health of the accused as he is innocent and a VICTIM . Mam, Can that accused who is innocent and a VICTIM of circumstances can go to Honourable Delhi Hight Court for quashing the FIR under section 482crpc or is there any other remedy which can provide releif to him from this false case.
