Age 67, having psoriasis for about 10 years now. I have avoid gluten for the past 1 year, and finally see the skin redness reduced. Beside all the replacement of gluten, i am taking L glutamine daily which helps in healing my gut, not forgetting diluted ACV before my lunch which helps in my digestion. Please give advice on how to get rid of the skin breakouts of psoriasis. It is dissabilitating to go out in public

Psoriasis is so much more complicated than that. Sure those are all good things to do. But most often they won't really affect psoriasis specifically. Same with food. Some people find removing some foods from their diet helps. But most do not.

One of my colleagues was affected by this and he got treated by doctors at Planet Ayurveda and he's doing a lot better now.
