I am 68, and have had psoriasis since I was 12. When I was 30, I discover the switch, that turn it on, an off. For me it was the sugar. I turn it on when I eat or drink sugar. From 100% clean to aggressive psoriasis in minutes.. Very challenging to stay away from sugar, so often I can't stop, and I pay the price. After that, I drink a lot of water in 2-3 days, and I am clean again

🙂 Pretty excellent advice, except for the clip on the tomatos. Yes tomatos have good antioxidant content, but anything from the nightshade family is best avoided by psoriasis sufferers. I use to have chronically bad psoriasis and had coverage for 40 years. Then changed to an anti-inflammatory diet as shown in the video. Low gluten, low sugar, and limited to no dairy. Lots of vegetables (except nightshades), herbs, fruit like blueberries and paypaya, daily homemade carrot juices, water, chicken and fish (no red meat). Supplements like Fish Oil, Zinc and Vitamin D3. Yoga for de-stressing. Took just under a year to clear. Been clear pretty much ever since for the past 10 years. Marine Collegan is another pretty good supplement that I use now - although I didn't use whilst clearing.

Many thanks for the video. I'd like to add the typical features of psoriasis; silvery scaling, moist red surface on the removal of the scale and capillary bleeding when individual scales are removed from the surface of the plaque.

My Psoriasis is gone,
1 exercise
2 healthy diet badam, anjeer, Walnut, Fruits,
3 artisor lotion for 24hrs 7 days a week
4 brinjal stopped, oily foods stopped, sirf ghar ka less oil food.
5 oil used for cooking extra virgin olive oil, Til ka tel, mustard oil.
6 no refined oil in cooking.
Oily Food Burger, PIZZA, bread, all processed food stopped.
7 Shampoo used Thrive Biotin Shampoo
8 Teekha Spicy Food stopped.
9 Curd Yogurt only ate in Lunch
10 Neuherb hair skin vitamin tablet 1 per day after dinner
11 Cheeni band, Sugar zero band bilkul, meetha band bilkul, Main problem ye he hai.
12 Aata used mixture of wheat, oats, soy, raagi, barley, chana dal, maize.

Many of the foods suggested are high in lectins which cause leaky gut which in turn causes psoriasis, tomatoes and nightshade family potatoes are inflammatory and high in lectins.

Ginger and turmeric are my best friends for scalp pso. Been having it for 11 years now. The worst flare ups come from alcohol, sugar.

I have plaque psoriasis. Started running. Just starting to change my diet. Any suggestions would be appreciated on things to eat to replace traditional carb intake.

I dont know if red meat by itself causes flare ups. I started the carnivore diet along with intermittent fasting and the plaque was gone within 2 weeks and the redness is starting to disappear. All I eat is meat and eggs and use vitamen supplements.

Great animated explanation. I would suggest to apply jatyadi oil from planet ayurveda. As it is very effective in Psoriasis

If you eat meat focused diet, avoid nightshades (tomatoes/eggplants) gluten wheat (any 1 or more of these can be trigger) your psoriasis will go, meat should be grass fed .

I feel like grain fed meat might be another possible flare up but i've noticed when i eat meat by psoriasis goes away.

I am 17, i had psoriasis at my age at 15... My psoriasis has been completely gone ... But marks are left... I was using ayurvedic medicine... And i was doing workout... That makes my skin healthy... Don't worry they will leave from your body... Don't give stress to your mind... That can increase psoriasis...
