After 7 months doing the pulse week every week. I finally managed to Finnish the last exercise !! I feel so strong ! :D

Today's this video's anniversary, which means I've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week without fail, for 1 year straight!
I still can't do some of the exercises in their full version, but I made a massive improvement. I can do things I wasn't even close to doing a year ago, like the chaturanga hold for 20 seconds (compared to zero seconds when I started) and the side plank with a straight arm for 20 seconds (I do the rest on my forearm). The goal is not to be perfect, it's to always improve yourself - and this workout is a great way to do it! Thank you guys :)

Once you fall into a regular pattern it is easy to get complacent and self satisfied. These short routines are a great wake up call to break out and grow. תודה רבה (big thanks)

I am completely exhauted and dripping swet. Very happy to be going through my second round of Pulse program. I am also enjoying the morning workout and Expand meditation program.
I also want to thank you guys for the recommendation of the 5am. I am part of Club since 2 months already now. Reading the book for second time.

This is such a great daily short and available practice that really helps me get off my but (working from home...) even on my "resting days" from cardio-training. When you cannot feel your arms you know that the effort is making a difference! Huge thanks from Sweden!

With how good I feel everytime I complete one of your routines, I'm tempted to just stop going to the gym and just make this a full time practice. Even though I do this regularly.

Thanks @Breathe and Flow for helping me to integrate more movement into my routine. I developed it as a habit to perform at least the pulse programm daily, sometimes with another micro workout of you in addition in the morning, and I feel so much better now!
