In this video, I talk with Zulekha about her struggles with problem behaviors in her child. Whether you call it a meltdown, tantrum, or something else these problem behaviors can often result in a dangerous and self-injurious activity like hitting, head banging, etc.

For Zulekha her son’s as she calls them, meltdowns, are triggered by the loss of use of his tablet (battery dead, game or video not working, access to the internet) and many times at the sight of food, his own meal or even his parents. The behavior that results from these triggers is usually yelling, screaming, hitting, throwing, head banging and more. All lasting as she said more than a couple of minutes. For parents and caregivers, this can be incredibly stressful, but with the right work, these behaviors can get to at or near 0 daily occurrences.

My son is 4 yrs old. He has behavioral problem. We sent him to public school mainstream but I think he doesn't fit in bcoz every now and then, I got report that he hitted one of his classmates. We also.planned to.send him to private school so we enrolled him in summer class, but the teacher also observe and witness his behavior problem which is unpredictable and they told me they're afraid that they might not manage him and can cause trouble to other children. It is so depressing on my part. Now, we are trying to find a school for him but it's costly, that we cannot afford. I don't know where to ask or find help.
please help me.

My 4 yrs old daughter has autism, we are working on it. She speaks to us parents but she doesn't speak to others. What should I do, I really need help please.
May be because her vocabulary of words is less that's why she doesn't say anything to others.
Please tell me what I should do.
