Our brains get smaller as we get older. But this doesn't happen as fast in people who regularly take short sleeps during the day. That's according to a new study. Researchers suggest these naps might reduce the risk of developing conditions like Alzheimer's in later life. (Cover image: Getty)

Yeah, that's true. In Vietnam we always take a short rest after lunch for the work afternoon. A short sleep during the day can make you more energy!

In Islam, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to take naps during the day, especially in the afternoon, and this practice is known as "qaylulah." The qaylulah is considered a healthy and beneficial practice, especially for those who may not have had enough sleep the previous night.

My grandparents and parents take a nap every afternoon.They told me to take a nap when I was young, and I had to listen them, so I took a nap every afteroon.However, now I don't have that habit anymore, but my grandparents and parents still do.

After long hours of stuyding in school, I took advantage of lunch break to have a power nap about 30 minutes . So I can come back my studying with a sharp mind. In contrast, If I have a long nap, it will hinder me from concentrating on lessons.
