Driving Cement Truck: Pouring Garage

Welcome to the trucker lifestyle. Today you'll see a cement truck pouring a garage. The trucker lifestyle is much more than driving a big rig. Big trucks everywhere have many jobs to do, and cement trucks pouring is just one of them! The trucker lifestyle brought us, and our cement truck, to the Yakima Valley to pour a new construction garage.

I started this channel after I began driving cement trucks in Eastern Washington. As a cement truck driver, I enjoy watching trucker videos but rarely came across local truck driving jobs like cement trucks, pick-up and delivery, and construction. Judging by comments and questions I’ve seen on other truck driving channels, many people don’t realize that there is a side to the trucker lifestyle other than long haul OTR driving. I am excited to bring more truck driving content to the genre. I hope you enjoy it!

Please let me know in the comments what you like, what you don’t like, and what you’d like to see more of as I continue making videos. Thanks!

When I pour into garages I’ll speed up the drum so that concrete spreads much farther that just letting it flow.. You know💯🇺🇸

it's no wonder garage floors and sidewalks crack in these tract home projects...these cheap home builders don't take the time to put any rebar in anything

Damn y’all can just wash out any where? We get in big big trouble for that. Has to be a designated area on every job site

Driver you are driving a concrete mixer (concrete truck) 15 years of driving a bridge master, front discharge, all wheel drive etc but “cement” goes into a pneumatic tanker which I also operated
Yes cement is in concrete or a load of grout, flowable fill, slurry, block fill mix etc etc
It’s not the same thing as some will say example
Flour and gravy isn’t the same but it takes flour and water to make gravy
the more water you add the thinner the gravy
Similar to concrete that you are hauling add sand stone water (liquid air) and “cement “ and you get concrete
But anyway I’m sure someone else has all the answers to but mine are batching hauling finishing hauling cement TANKER running the loader lab testing slumping etc you know a real life youtube troll with experience and a 😁

loving the videos brother, quick question for anyone really watching this. Is it better to be paid by the load or per hour when it comes to this industry.

Any Information would be great
