Making fish hydrolysate for the first time (fermented fish fertiliser)

I still have to buy and add the whey - but hey. The full recipe from Koanga Gardens (Koanga Institute) is on there. Apparently this fermented fish fertiliser enhances micro organisms in the soil. I really like the idea that I am not wasting any of the fish Shane caught for us to eat. I was able to blend a lot of the fish, but not the heads - that will require a much better blender.

Cover the bucket after so nothing gets in (but don’t seal it or the CO2 building up from fermentation will cause explosion).
