The Warpdrive mod is my favorite. Build custom star-trek style ships, power them with any power mod then control them with actual programmable computers to do whatever you want. And you can make dimensions from other mods become "planets" that you can fly to using the hyperspace jump drive. Complete with phasers, cloaking system, modular shields, mining lasers and transporters.
