I think Iron's Spells n Spellbooks mod would also be a wonderful addition to the list. Cool spells, and pretty balanced I'd say, quite a few RPG elements and a must have if you want a Mage-class in your game.

You should check Recrafted Creatures mod, it adds a few animal that makes the game more interesting and also the mod fits a lot of cool mod lists :33

i made a mod pack with all thses mods, loaded up the world in survival and now i have 2 hunger bars? and i cant make them go up no matter how much i eat, so i cant run and i keep starving, how come this wasnt mentioned and explained in the video? what mod is doing this and how do i make the hunger bars go up, its stupid, how am i supposed to play when eating doesnt
