Amazing Air fryer cookie dough!

I can't with her reflection in the air fryer– 💀

Ingredients:
50g unsalted butter, softened
40g light brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
½tsp vanilla extract
70g plain flour
¼tsp bicarbonate of soda
¼tsp salt
60g chocolate chips (+ extra for topping)

1) Add the butter and both sugars to a large bowl and cream them together.

2) Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix them in.

3) Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold them in.

4) Fold in the chocolate chips.

5) Separate the mix into 2 ramekins and level them out.

6) Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.

7) Bake them in the air fryer at 160°C for 10 minutes.

8) Enjoy!

1/6 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
½sp vanilla extract
9 tbsp plain flour
¼tsp bicarbonate of soda
¼tsp salt
4 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

1) Add the butter and both sugars to a large bowl and cream them together.

2) Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix them in.

3) Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold them in.

4) Fold in the chocolate chips.

5) Separate the mix into 2 cups and level them out.
