Men also like competition, when I like a guy its just him but that was before my healing phase now I look at all men moving towards and it does something to them, a jealousy of losing out or fearful in a way, but some women only have eyes for one when he hasn't even claimed you yet that is also a big mistake.

What do you mean a "high value woman" should also date other men? I've seen no man being ok with their "love interest" dating other people. Dating is exclusive, otherwise you could just talk to him in a more "public setting", like at work or in a group of friends.

Weird but true.. I have been way too alone/single all my life to even know it feels like to have someone in my space. I experienced unrequited love in my life thrice & lost many years sticking to these people I loved waiting on them. I don't even know now if I want someone as I am not sure if I am the one emotionally unavailable now..or if I have the capacity to give any love anymore. Most people are afraid of being alone but I don't know how to allow anyone in my personal space plus trust issues & past baggage of seeing relationships/friendships breaking all the time.
