This video is proof the CX-5 needs some multicolor ambient lighting in the doors & dashboard as an accent light because it looks so dark without that. Mazda offers am interior light kit as an accessory, so I wonder how it looks with it since it gives you footwell lighting. But it still needs some ambient lighting in the doors & across the dashboard

Why can't Mazda put ambient lights in their cars?

Truthfully I like the way the LEDs look in the signature inside but I have a carbon with incandescent interior lights and the first couple of days I had the car when it was new I thought they were LED but just a very warm LED because they are very bright and even I almost swapped them out for LEDs but honestly I couldn't really ask for more lightning inside from the overhead lights besides I thought it was kind of nice to not have flickering light bulbs in the car because they're everywhere else however some footwell lights are on my list to install

Honestly no complaints this is a ton of car for the money That's why Mazda's going to drop it and replace it with a model that cost $10, 000 more

I have a 2023 CX-5 Signature and while the outer tailights are faily large and bright, the inner ones being smaller are dimmer thus being less visible from afar. Mazda should have used a higher wattage bulb in the inner lights.
