If you don't object to Ukraine joining NATO, I don't see how you could object to China building a base in Cuba.

A very easy way to resolve this is for the US to improve relations with Cuba by lifting the trade embargo entirely.

If US just normalized relations with Cuba a long time ago this never would have happened.

Maybe if the US had established good relations with Cuba *decades* ago this would not be happening. In the end, bullying other nations is effective only so long. The time has come, the world is rising up against the self-declared "exceptional, indispensable" military hegemon.
