I have a question pertaining to people who live with significant joint pain. (Who may or may not also suffer from osteoporosis) My question is about: the potential value of Type II (Type 2) Collagen. For help with joints and connective tissue (especially as it pertains to ameliorating painful joints, for instance caused by arthritis - alongside and near the spine, or in the knee, etc.), what role does Type II (type 2) collagen have? Is it worth taking also, as a supplement, in addition to Type I and Type III collagen? (The latter of which is featured in the formula you recommend, which is expressly for bone and beauty purposes.) Thanks!

Fish has mercury. So, what should we do? Do you mind to give us the brand name of your collagen powder?
Thank you.
