I love that you have the ingredients in the description rather than on a website link. Props to you!

My mother makes incredible yellow rice. But I find myself buying the store bought premade yellow rice in a bag... Thank you for this. 🙂

I was making this when I saw the notification. I put saffron powder to boil in the water then added the rice. After I add the sauteed veggies.

Hey, IVC, I don't see a link to this stuff, "Mediterranean herb blend". I looked on your Amazon page, but it's not there. What is it and where do I get it? You mention something at 0:44 that I never heard of. Can you tell me what it is? Maybe, even make a future video on all of the spices that you use. Of course, don't tell use about pepper or salt or whatever, but just stuff that's not normal in an American pantry. Two things from this one is something we don't know (and we cook alot): 1) epis, and 2) Mediterranean herb blend. Okay, hope you understand. Please, provide a reply before you make a video. But, do tell me where I can get those. I am not familiar with your type of cooking yet.
