1 tbsp agar agar
4-5 tbsp water
⅛ tsp cardamom powder
6-8 tbsp sugar

Shrimp fry
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
⅛ c water
¼ c oil
250 to 300g Shrimp
1 spring Curry leaves

Crab curry
¼ c oil
1 bay leaf
2 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 garlic cloves
¼ tomato
1 pandan leaf
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
6 crabs, cleaned and defrosted

Yellow rice
2 ½ cups rice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ghee
1 bay leaf
2 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 garlic cloves
¼ tomato
1 pandan leaf
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
4 cup Water

Coconut veg curry
3 tbsp oil
1 carrot
¼ bell pepper
1 capsicum
1 garlic clove
1 pandan leaf
Salt to taste
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup water
200ml coconut milk
