Somehow, so grateful- I managed to tell myself exactly what you are saying ...some time ago, this is beautiful advice and helpful words for people to hear ...listen to it over and over again if you need to, ...let THIS kind way of speaking be the inner voice talking to you as you KNOCK the heck out of your head any voice of a narcissist...even be it...the nagging negative narc like voice that pops in from "culture"! ❤

But another to repeatedly go over the entire thing while criticising yourself or thinking what if this or that had happened etc. Also, beating yourself up for still thinking about them. I am ! I live in the same house but that’s it I have my own room as soon as she 17 (my daughter) we will be leaving I don’t want her to have to live with him I will not throw her under the bus and sacrifice my freedom for her. He still acts like an ass I know what he is .
