This car could have benefited for a single HO VR6, as these hybrids are a gimmick. I guess the effort is needed to fill the hybrid void for the carmaker. The gigantic shifter is just taking up too much center console space.

Anyway, the Touareg used to be my dream car, but I could never own this update due to the asymmetrical infotainment. The monotone gray interior is extremely depression, unless you're shopping for a military vehicle.

Why do the Germans still use terrible and slow multimedia chips? Look at the Chinese, their displays are several times better quality and respond quickly like on a top-end smartphone, maps do not slow down 😡
