hey guys this is a full follow-along video to fix uneven cheeks. Do this routine 2-3times a day. If you feel some muscles are especially tight. Focus on that side and do it a few times more on that side. Keep in mind to maintain overall good posture!

You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft.
If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity to the point you feel refreshed. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.

I often sleep on one side. And that's why I have ugly cheeks. I have been doing the exercises for three weeks and my cheeks are even and symmetrical! The author of the channel became my idol.

Hey guys I am going to show my progress in days, stay tuned! I also did these exercises twice a day along with the fixing asymmetrical face video which I also did twice. I am just following his exact steps in the video, Stay tuned!!

Day 1: I see some difference on the first day my jaw look a bit more even, same for my cheeks
Day 2: Not much difference
Day 3: My jaws are starting to even out more, but not much difference for my cheeks yet
Day 4: I am starting to see that my cheeks are evening out, same for the jawline
Day 5: sorry i missed day 5, will restart for day 6!
Day 6: my jaws and cheeks are both evening out and I can see the change in my face from before, but I will continue the exercises because I don’t think my face has fully evened out.
Day 7: i don’t see much difference from the last day but will continue for a month. If i don’t see any difference or changes in the next 7 days i will switch up exercise to only fixing uneven cheeks video where i will do twice in the morning and twice at night. My cheeks are the areas that need the most evening out but since i saw some good results whilst balancing the fixing uneven face and fixing uneven cheeks videos, i will continue the same trend for more results.
Day 8: not much change in face
Day 9: sorry i missed day 9 was a bit busy
Day 10: still not much change. I have decided to switch up workouts to this exercise twice a day with the ultimate all in one facial fix which i will also do twice a day. I will do for 1 week, if i see no difference i will go back to the exercises i started with(this exercise and the fixing uneven face exercise). Will start new routine for Day 11
Day 11: I see a little little bit difference but still not satisfied
Day 12: I have noticed that exercises will come into effect slowly but eventually, you will see some minor changes for the first two weeks and I think that the full effect of the exercise or change in your face will come about in 1-2 months. I am going to continue these workout till the 30 of august and be back with my progress that same time. Hope my updates helped y’all, peace

Okay so I am back with my results. I am happy to say that my face has fully evened out in my opinion and really thank this man for helping me. Reminder I did the exercise 4 times a day. I would recommend doing the all in one facial fix because it fixes part of your face you didn’t even know needed fixing.

Results:
My uneven jaw was fixed, one side was crooked while the other side was good.
My uneven cheeks was also fixed, one side was wider than the other side.
In my opinion my side profile looks a bit better than before.
I think other parts of my face were fixed but I don’t see change because I never noticed there was a problem with them.

Tips, Advice, Suggestions:
1. Your front camera of your phone or iPad may lie to you and make your face look a bit uneven out so ask a companion if your face looks even out because what they see in their eyes are what everybody else sees.
2. Whatever facial exercise you doing will take time, don’t give up if you don’t see results as quick people may say the results will come. Good things come to the person who wait.
3. If you have an uneven jaw I would suggest sleeping on your back, exercising and drink a lot of water may also help.
4. Mewing also works great for evening out the face and defining the jawline. Mewing does not get your face wider it may actually get your face thinner and more define. Chewing gum is what that may cause your face to get wider. You can do those exercises aswell as mew to even out your face. You must mew frequently and do it the right way to get the results. Mewing may take time to show results but it is truly effective. I have been mewing for around 2 months and i have great results. I will continue for better results.

I’ve been doing those steadily 2 times a day for 6 months!! Yea 6 months but I PROMISE they work. My face honestly looked like I got hit by a truck. And now it’s pretty much perfect. Guess I see y’all givin up after a week. It’s like the gym. Your not going to get big in a week. It takes time. Please don’t give up. I forgot to mention I have also been doing the nose eyes and jaw ones as well as the full face one. If you want to fix it you need to put in the time

I've been doing these exercises for about 3 weeks and have noticed some considerable improvement in the symmetry of my face. My right cheek was noticeably puffy and swollen looking compared to my left, but I'm very relieved and happy to say that my cheeks now look pretty similar, and I'm overall a lot happier with how my face looks.

The first few times I did this routine, I felt a lot of tension relieved from my face, and I still feel some tense areas when I do these exercises, but the intensity has reduced. I say that to emphasize the value of doing the exercises consistently and with concentration on areas that are especially in need of attention.

I'm doing these cheek exercises 2-3 times a day, and the 5-minute all-in-one face fix 1-2 times a day.

I plan to do this exercise every morning and evening before going to bed for 1 month and sleep on my back. I will keep you updated once a week ✌️

For everybody asking about if they should do more exercises on sides where they are larger, he explained in one of the video that if one side feels tight or painful, you should repeat the exercise 1-2 times more. Its on the nose asymmetry video, Idk if it applies on all facial features but it sure is better than all the people left hanging and partially myself as well as I spent half an hour looking for a kind-hearted reply. Which nobody ever did

i feel so despressed because my face look so different in photo and mirror. My jaw on the right side bigger than left side And also idk if this because of my jaw but my nostril on the right bigger than left . Make me always questioning my self . Who am i? Why i'm so weird :(. i was thinking about plastic surgery but i know i can't do that. now i'll do excercise everyday. Thank you so much T.T

Update : in case you want to know my results. hi after 5 month my jaw now looks symmetrical, my nostril smaller than before but still need more times for it :/ . i want to tell that this excercises is work .you just need times and patience

I'm doing this exercise for almost one month and i think something has been changed on my face.. At first I didn't believe on this exercise but now I recommend you this exercise guys... It works 🙏🏼😁

This is the reason why I always hate taking pictures using back cammmm! Everytime my friends told me that they'll take me a pic I always said no cause I know that I don't look good because of my asymmetrical face.But a great thank you to this. I'm looking forward of the results:))
