Bringing my autism specialist to the doctor with me and journaling made a huge difference. I had to people to help me detraumatize my thoughts and re assure me which was a huge help and it helped me understand the doctor better and the medication better because I was filled with fears.

I'm trying to make my routine less perfect. As my anxiety becomes more manageable I can break out of routine a little and it feels good because my routine was a huge stressor before because it had to be timed perfectly and if it wasn't I would freak out. All of that was anxiety's fault. I'm happy to be feeling better..I still have a routine yet it's way less rigid. I'm soo happy that I found an anxiety medication that works for me. I was soo terrified of medication so it took me a really long time before I finally got the courage to go ahead with it with support from others which I really needed.

Hi there❤. I am following your channel for a while and you are amazing..after lifetime feeling odd I finally know I am on spectrum. But I have problems in my job, it's openspace. Focusing on my tasks is very hard, sometimes imposible. Then deadlines. I work for Bureu of Labour in czech republic. I am on the edge...feels like quitting this job would be right thing. But I don't think I am able to work anywhere else..I would appreciate any advice. Thank you. Peace❤
