Photo allegedly shows moment before NYC Council member bit NYPD officials

Tensions remain high at the site of a future homeless shelter in Brooklyn. Wednesday, a New York City Council member was arrested for assault after police say she bit a police deputy chief during a struggle. CBS New York's Alecia Reid reports.

She is in the middle of a protest against the city that she's a council member of? She's helping a lady in crisis but evidently ignored the police directive. Scuffles with an officer then bites the hell out of his arm. What is she, a toddler who hasn't learned not to bite? I hope the best for her and all of us caught up in this nightmare.
