Brave Shoppers Confront Alleged Peeping Tom Inside Target

Shoppers inside a North Carolina Target confronted an alleged peeping tom. The 21-year-old suspect is accused of slipping his phone beneath a woman’s skirt. He claims he was shopping for children's books because his sister is pregnant. Police arrested Thomas Elliot at the Target store in Greenville. He was charged with five counts of felony secret peeping. Police say the 21-year-old denied any wrongdoing.
