The circle with the 4 pads looks like a place where one would build a tower with 4 gold towers and filled with any liquid, providing it's an acid. Then, in all those channels, you pour gold for electrical traces and you line up all those pretty little H blocks into the shape of a rail gun. Magnetic field variation is common in rocks, it's to do with when the rock itself was formed, it's called Paleomagnetism. It's definitely nothing artificial I'm afraid, just shows the magnetic field at the time of the rocks creation in the earth.

I remember seeing in one of Praveen Mohan's videos an ancient stone milling machine. Actually a large stone balanced so it could spin, with a frame over it where the "drill" could be attached and moved over the material being shaped. I imagine they could achieve great precision with the arrangement even in ancient times. I suppose that the cultures of Peru, Chile, Bolivia, etc, had access to diamonds and quartz that could be used to polish the harder stones if made to spin at high rates on a stone platform or base. Being that the ancients of the area where masters of water, air, sun (fire), ether and magnetism along with natures forces of pressure and vacuum... given their water channels and the sound amplification arrangements you have shown at other places... I could imagine there being on this planet an ancient culture that achieved an advanced civilization powered by natural energies as proposed by Schauberger, Tesla, Russel, Vivekenanda and others. One where high pressures and vacuums were achieved with water, air and sun, working together to create kinetic energy which can then be applied to the stone in order to achieve high polish and amazing craftsmanship. I often wonder at the need for the enormous scale however, they lived peacefully which gave them the free time to think and commune with nature in order to achieve, so it wasn't for protection from other humans.... protection from megafauna perhaps? I can see a planet Earth with large ice caps at the poles and a thriving advanced civilization near the equator and lower elevations. A cataclysmic meteoric storm melts the norther icecap in a precipitous event that creates "the great flood" we hear about in theological lore which pushed the mud and sand over the ancient cities, some remain flooded under oceans and silt in areas that were once above sea level when a great deal of water was frozen in glaciers. Some of the survivors had to start anew without the knowledge accumulated by the craftsmen, but with time we have achieved much. We simply have to return to our communion with nature and stop destroying our world. Perhaps it isn't our fault, possibly we are invaded by a parasite we cannot perceive except with the subconscious.

At 10:50 mins in the video, the mention of the sunken temple with stone heads is very significant. My strong theory is that when this temple was active, a union between an extra terrestrial and an early Incan villager would wander together and pick one of the heads, almost like in a trance. The head they were drawn to was determined by a mental distinction between the amount they would "talk and feel", in contrast with how much they would "think and reason". When they approached a stone head and touch it a "gate of light" would open, they would walk through that gate, and would be united as a single being through this gate to another location on the globe. As this went on, more and more Incan villagers would disappear causing worry among those oblivious to the divine temple. This went on for so long before the "divine overseer" had put a stop to the temple and effectively blew it up, terminating the whole construct. Personally, I feel Puma Punku is the most awesome ancient site on earth, equalled by the Great Pyramids of Giza.

Hi magnets are natural.since many blocks are from the volcano quarry then they can be natural magnets or to get magnetite particle.
Not necessarily radiation.
Stone don t keep radiation in time.
