Well dome, advice on your lift.. the way you come down is the way you should be going up.. bring it up to your chest first then up above your head. Going straight from ground to above your head will damage your back over time. Your call but if its something your wanting to do long term look up the correct form so not to damage yourself. Good work tho 👏
