Copy Data or Formatting to Multiple Worksheets in Excel - Excel Quickie 47

A quick way to copy entire tables, ranges, data or formatting to multiple worksheets at once; this allows you to quickly cascade changes to multiple worksheets after you have perfected them on one worksheet.

This is a great little feature in Excel that I feel like almost no one knows about - usually we just copy/paste or copy/paste special our data and that is usually fine, but it really can be prone to errors and take a lot of time, especially when copying different parts of a spreadsheet in different ways, such as formatting only for some parts and formatting+data for other parts.

Hopefully, this tip can save you some time and make life in Excel a bit easier!

You lost me at "that won't highlight unless you click multiple worksheets". When i reached that stage "across worksheets" was greyed out.
